Excluding the carpets, we had to redo the cleaning of the wood work, cleaning of the light switches (including walls around the switches), completely re-clean the bathtub (we were told just to place a mat over the markings on the bottom of the tub which with a little elbow grease totally were removed), clean (wash down) the front and back doors, clean the louvered doors (a moistened paper towel was black after going over what was supposed to be cleaned) on coat closet, wipe down the blinds which were left dusty, and so on. The completed job was less than satisfactory. During the walk-thru with the cleaners post the completion of their work, one became anxious when areas in need of cleaning were pointed out to her that she had to leave the home to get fresh air - by her choice, she never reentered the home to complete the walk-thru. I contacted the office of the business to report the work - the receptionist took the info and offered to send someone back to complete the work (which was denied)  - no additional follow-up contact was made by the company.

The carpet cleaning was satisfactory.

I was not at home when the "cleaning" was done but upon inspection, the only room cleaned was the bathroom! I called Joann and to her credit, she did come out to check. She agreed that the cleaning had not been done and promised to send out someone else. Upon reflection, I called back and cancelled and asked for a refund. She did send a check for $200, so I ended up paying $124 for a somewhat clean bathroom.

They are very nice people. They do a good job and they are prompt. They come and look at the job they have at the time and they tell you what they are going to do, and they do it when they come.
