if you use her do not use her market analysis. Thankfully we caught on when we read the fine print on the market analysis and saw that she compared ours to places in poorer condition, less square footage and amenities than ours at the other end of the county. Always read fine print! She tried to convince us our property is worth $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 less than it is.
She may be an ok realtor but do not rely on her comparative market analysis. If you know what your property is worth she may be ok. Our neighbor said she did fine in everything else. She just doesn't get home values. She seemed nice enough. Had we insisted to list what we thought she may have done it but we didn't trust her. She may just not know or it may be a way to sell them fast for quick money. We do not know.
