Ken was extremely knowledgeable about the products offered as well as kitchen and bath design. He worked closely with us, came up with a draft design that he refined to make it into everything we asked for. He offered guidance about cabinet styles, colors and features - blending our requests into a design that we were thrilled with - to include all of the finishing touches - moulding, light tail corbels and decorative trim pieces. Ken is very detail-oriented. During the build - he had to coordinate with a number of other vendors as well as the home builder. He realized two issues - incorrect sink ordered by the plumbing vendor - and placement of HVAC venting that would have been located incorrectly based on our final kitchen design. His keen eye saved us and the builder time and money. The installation was done just so. Everything looks even better than the very realistic 3D drawings that were provided. Ken and CGW are knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and provide a great product and great service. I highly recommend them.

Ken did a great job designing. He got maximum space out of a galley kitchen. Everything was fully functional and efficient. His crew, Rich and sons, were expert craftsman, and actually ended up doing a lot of other renovation in our 60 year old house.

The estimate to produce the cabinets was 5-6 weeks - this was met on time. Canonsburg General Woodcrafting gave us the factory date when we ordered and kept us up to date on their progress. The cabinets were delivered in boxes and well protected. Two of the cabinets along, a refrigerator panel and a side panel needed to be replaced due to factory quality issues. In addition, self closing hinges were not supplied with all of the cabinets, two of the appliance panels needed to be shortened and there were a few other minor cabinet related issues. Canonsburg General Woodcrafting worked with the factory to get replacements and followed through with their delivery. A final issue occurred with the oven cabinet, which needed to be adjusted to fit the oven and cooktop properly. Canonsburg General Woodcrafting reworked the cabinet in their shop and had it finished the next day. Canonsburg General Woodcrafting was very diligent in following up and ensuring that all issues were resolved and that we were satified with their product. We are very pleased with the cabinets.

I don't normally write these but my wife and I are so happy with how our two jobs have turned out that I felt inspired to write a review. We used them for both a basement remodel 2 years ago and a kitchen this last fall, and both went like a dream. Actually, there were snags--our basement floor was not level, the wall was bowed, etc., but the guys stayed and finished--they were there for days doing each install--and then came back for a punch list of squeaks, sticky rollers in soft close drawers, etc. Everything was absolutely perfect when all done. We are picky and we wanted perfection so we wanted a good company. My brother in law is a home builder, he was the general contractor on the jobs and he recommended them to us, he uses them all of the time. We worked with Art (basement) and Ken (kitchen).
