, I provided the Lamarite Slate and he provided the material for the standing seam portion plus labor to complete the entire job. The composite slate turned out okay. However the standing seam was more than they were capable of and the skill set provided did not match for the job accepted. This was evident when 2 - 22' panels blew off causing a delay for months, there are exposed fasteners on a hidden fastening system, and joined pieces are crooked. When confronted his professionalism was non existent. It was all my fault, I was too picky, he would yell and scream, call me names and I was too difficult to deal with and he would NOT fix any of the problems. I had to settle for what was provided much to my dismay. After MONTHS of delays and scheduling issues there was still the front porch which need to be completed as part of the agreement. As usual he told me he didn't know when he could get to it and would be in touch. I withheld $6000 from the balance. Now just a little over a year later I have a leak and guess what, he isn't standing behind his work and I'm on my own. In an Email he tells me there is NO labor warranty and there is still a balance on the acct of $6000. Is he for real? You pay someone $35,000 and he treats you with disrespect, provides poor workmanship and stand behind his work. It doesn't get much worse, he's all about cashing the check and moving on, never to look back or fix any of his problems. In the beginning when Hassler was being interviewed I specifically asked if he had his own roofing crews and of course his answer was yes. Turned out that his work crews are all subcontracted Hispanic immigrants who don't even speak english. It was not a good experience and I would NOT use him again for anything.

I have used Hassler Roofing 3 times now. This was the latest experience, the other times we had roofing done. I have been very happy with all my experiences with Randy Hassler. His workers did an awesome job on our porch. Many neighbours remarked upon it. They are quick yet thorough.

They were the best price and it's the third time that he put a roof for my family. They're a good guy and work fast. I haven't had a problem dealing with them. I would recommend them to other people.

It was less than 6 hrs and these guys had the roof completely done. He was pretty quiet to begin with and it wasn't that bad. He came out and gave us an estimate. He stuck to the estimate. If anything went wrong I would know about it because he did not go over it. He gave me an estimate and that was what I gave him. He came out right away that week. There was no waiting and the job was well done. People should use him, he is excellent I think.

Randy and his crew replaced my roof, and the entire process went as smooth as could be. He was priced just under the other 2 estimates I received, finalized color of shingles and was out the next week to complete the work. His crew was on time, and completed the roof in a day. The crew worked very methodically, and cleaned up during and after they were done. They even cleaned a pile of leaves that accumulated in my driveway over the winter. Very happy with process will use Hassler again.

Many slates were damaged during storm and roof was 70+ years old. Randy responded quickly to my call (at a time when roofers were swamped with calls). He tolerated my many questions and a trip to the house to meet with the insurance adjuster. As for the crew who did the roof, they are a well oiled machine. They arrived 1/2 hour earlier than scheduled, were ready to go when Randy arrived, and didn't stop from the time they started at 7:00 a.m. They're very hard workers who obviously know what they're doing and work well together. I was also impressed by the cleanup. You couldn't tell they'd been there, and except for tiny shavings of slate that would have been impossible to clean up, there was nothing remaining of the slate roof.
The only negative part of the experience, AND THIS IS NO FAULT OF THE ROOFERS, is I'm not sure how to clean up the slate dust in the crawlspaces. :-)

The entire experience, from start to finish, was extremely positive.
Two years later, folks are stopping to tell us how GREAT our house and yard looks!
Hassler did a BEAUTIFUL job!!!!!
He treated us like "family". You really cannot get better treatment than that!
I HIGHLY recommend Randy Hassler and Hassler Roofing. He is a man you can trust and he has tremendous follow through.

Randy Hassler was very quick to provide a quote and his estimate was within range of others we received. The work was completed as expected and we were initially satisfied, however, we have had multiple problems with this roof (loose pieces, leaky gutter, leaky roof) and Hassler does NOT return or follow-up on phone calls after he's cashed the payment. We've contacted him several times since completion of our re-roof, leaving multiple emails for various issues, and have not heard back once. Recent storms in the Lehigh Valley sprung yet another leak and (not surprisingly) he's not returning calls this time, either. If you choose Hassler roofing, you may get a new roof at an OK price, but NOTHING MORE! There is no service from this company, only a quick sale. I would NOT recommend this company because if unforseen issues occur, you will end up with long-term no resolution problems.

Randy was the first person to respond to my request for quotation. They were the lowest bid and started and finished the job within a week of my acceptance. He started at 7:00am and stayed until 7pm to finished the job. They used tarps draped from the roof to the ground to protect the house and landscaping from falling shingles. They raked and swept for nails when they were done.

He came out immediately when I called the company. As soon as we had a dry day, they were right out. Within 7 hours they replaced the whole roof, and cleaned up amazingly. The work is beautiful. The lines are perfect and everything. They are very reasonably price, considering all the work that they did. The work came with a 30 year gaurentee.

They were wonderful. They've done everything and did it all well. I've been a homeowner for 30 years and dealt with numerous contractors and I highly recommend Hassler Roofing. They were easy to work with, professional, and they do extreme-quality work. Randy Hassler did an excellent job in coordinating all of the contractors that were working on our house- which included the driveway, landscaping, the patio, and tree disposal. THIS WAS A JOB WELL DONE!

.The work was not completed by Hassler Roofing. I had to get another roofer to complete the project after Hassler defaulted on the contract to replace the 24 by 24 roof.

I contacted them because of a referral i got from a client of mine.He gave us am estimate and then fit us in to his schedule because my daughters roof was very bad.!!!
