His name is Ivan Stickle. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and took into consideration what we wanted. He followed the code even though the code in this area is a bit overkill. He did a very good job. He was very conscientious and detail-oriented. The pricing was fair. We had much lower bids but as they say, you pay for what you get. He was not the highest bid.
