Jacob did an excellent job.  I was always able to leave for work on time because he plowed nice and early.  On the few days that it was snowy at night, he plowed again to help me get home.  Jacob was very responsive to text messages.  For example, if I had to leave early from work or my wife got called into the hospital earlier, then we would text and he would adjust his rounds to help us navigate the steep driveway.  We first used Jacob in 2013-2014, and he got a great test this past winter.  He did very well.  I've already asked him in early August to send out a new contract for this 2014-2015 year so that we can make sure we're on his rounds before others get ahead of us.  
One marker of a professional is when he or she solicits immediate feedback from their clients, which Jacob did.  For the first few times, he'd text when he was done at the house and ask for feedback.  When we asked for a bit more snow removal on the one porch, he accommodated us immediately.  When the temperature was too low for effective salt usage, he'd mix in antiskid and drop additional salt or use my spreader with calcium chloride.  
Jacob listened to the original requests and performed the job exactly as requested.  He's a hard worker.  If I were home, and he'd start on my porch, I could hear him moving so quickly.  
Jacob is a young man, starting his own business, and he's got the professionalism to build it into something great.  I plan to continue using Jacob for the future, even for other projects, as he does a great job.
