We, like many others, suffered hail damage from a March, 2011 storm.
We had had John Marks repair and patch our roof previously. Also, he had replaced
our downspouts with larger ones. We were impressed with John's work. He does tend
to cost a little more, but he is worth it. Because of this, we waited for him to fit us into his schedule.
The roof job went smoothly. We had no dumpster in our driveway or sitting on the road. We live in a development
with curvy roads,so coming upon an unexpected obstruction in the road is a safety issue.
Instead, all debris was hauled away nightly and we were never left with anything unsightly.
The roof was completed in a timely manner and we paid John when the job was completed.
All debris around the house was cleaned up. Except for a new roof, no one could tell that
any work had been completed.
John now considers this his roof. If there is a problem, he will be here immediately.
I would definitely recommend John Marks and his company to everyone. We waited because we
didn't want an out-of-town fly-by-night kind of roofer. We wanted to stay local, and it was definitely
worth the wait.
