"This customer never filed any claims with our Claims Manager. Our Claims Manager is very attentive and diligent to resolving claims and our customers have the option to file them by email, in writing or via phone call. The move did take longer than expected due to some unusual circumstances around the delivery address that are typically not encountered on most moves and were unknown to us prior to arriving at the site. Additionally, we moved more items than we were told we would be moving during the estimate process. We did in fact send a manager to assist in moving one item which required a fourth person to handle due to its size and weight. The customer was not charged for this fourth person reporting to the job site as we felt the incident was the result of mutual miscommunication between the customer and the Company. The manager that was on-site did feel that certain decisions made by the crew chief might potentially have lead to diminished efficiency. Therefore we did reduce the final amount due to us from this customer in light of this assertion by the manager. We regret that this customer was dissatisfied with the services we provided to her and it is unfortunate that she did not file a claim on any of the damages she references in her review.
