Cabinet Making, Furniture - Sales
Awful! Ordered entire living room set in June. The week it was supposed to be delivered heard nothing. We contacted them and they blamed the delay on the July 4th holiday. The next week, no word, we contacted them and Conrad blamed it on his grandson having surgery. Week three same thing. Tried to cancel order but Conrad said he couldn't refund a Discover card. Got ahold of DIscover and he told them they do not do refunds and that they had given us a discount to make things right. We received no discount or any effort from them to attempt to make things right except they offered a floor model in place of ordered...at price we already paid. Finally a month after it was supposed to be delivered they have all the pieces (7 pieces) and want to recharge me for it. Absolutely not! Finally get the pieces delivered and the bookcases are missing molding off the top side. Lazors and Conrad have done nothing, absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Highly advise against this place!
