FLORAL FOUNTAIN

I had to order flowers for two different organizations for a funeral for a dear friend. I have been using them for years though. They always come through for me.

I have been using Floral Fountain for a few years and had been quite pleased with their service. The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day this year did not arrive as ordered. While they claim what they delivered was more costly, it was much smaller and in my opinion plain ugly. When I called they put me through to the owner who demonstrated no customer service skills whatsoever. She asked me questions, such as to describe what I received and before i could answer she would ignore me and talk to her employees. She made me angry by trying to blame others for their mistake. Bottom line was that she would immediately replace it with the arrangement I ordered. They did deliver another arrangement, but again it was not what was ordered. In the past their arrangements lasted up to two weeks - very impressive! This arrangement was half dead when delivered and by Monday many blooms were dying. I plan to go to the store in person to try to get my mother what I ordered but I don't have much hope in succeeding! I will post what happens. But at this point I think I will be looking for another florist.
