During the sales process, they answered all my questions and helped me choose a carpet in the price range I needed. After they received word that the product was going to be discontinued and would no longer be available, they called me immediately to come look at other possible choices. We were on a tight time frame with the insurance company. I chose another product. Installation was smooth and professional. I had concerns about the attic steps and the door not closing properly. They took care of that issue immediately. They even laid extra carpet into the closet under the stairs at no additional charge.
