O'LEARY 'S TILE

Tim O'Leary was very neat, efficient and friendly. Good job replacing tiles and grout. Everything straight.

Tim O'Leary is a stand-up guy and great tiler.  He was prompt, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout our entire project.  We contracted Tim to install our tile bath surround and floor as part of a bathroom remodel I was mostly doing myself.  I was comfortable doing everything except setting the tub and the tile work.  I had a plumber set the tub, and Tim set the backer board, installed the Kurdi membrane, and set/grouted all of the tile.  The end result exceeded our expectations.  I would recommend Tim without reservation.

We are remodeling the kitchen a little at a time so not many contractors wanted the job but lucky for us we found Tim O'Leary and emailed him with what we wanted done. Tim responded the same day and came within days to do the estimate which we thought was very reasonable.

We didn't have to wait long for the install date and Tim arrived when he said he would and worked very hard while he was here. I found Tim to be honest and polite, he offered opinions but made it clear the decisions were ours to make.

Tim finished the job in three days and did not make a mess, he put the appliances back in place and answered all our questions about maintaining the ceramic tile.

O'Leary did an excellent job from start to finish.  I'm completely happy with the work.  Tim and his team were very considerate, trustworthy & professional.  I had gotten 4 estimates prior to the job.  O'Leary's was comparable in price yet a little less than the others (gilbert tile, commonwealth & a local contractor who was friend of my neighbor).  Even if the estimate were higher I would have chosen O'Leary to do the job just based on his responsiveness, professionalism, & knowledge of the job ahead during the estimate process.  During the construction process he would present me with great suggestions or alternates to my plan or things he knew that would work better over others,...he kept me informed of progress and timelines and did a great job with the tile work-- making the shower tile design even better than I had imagined!  He was willing to work with any idea that I presented.  

Tim did lovely work and a good price.   Was pretty easy to get a hold of and work with.

He's great and is the best contrator I've used in the Pittsburgh area! I've used him for 6 projects, including my kitchen. He doesn't use spacers when he is laying the tile, but uses his line of sight. We prep the floor for him, and he does all of the work laying the tile, grouting and setting. Everything has turned out perfectly and we are pleased with his work. When he is done, everything is perfectly level. He is the only tile guy I will ever use.

Tim was very good about returning phone calls and keeping me updated on his schedule and when the work would begin. He called to let me know what time he would be there in the morning and showed up promptly. He was a consistent worker, no breaks or stops. He cleaned up at the end of the work, left the trash neatly stacked in bags. I was very happy with the project.

I have used him for years, and he does an excellent job. His rates are reasonable, he does wonderful work, and I couldn?t be happier with everything he?s done.

He's an all around good guy. I really like working with him because his service is dependable. He is punctual and responsive. I would definitely recommend him to others. He is the best.

Tim is a great guy who showed up when he said he was going to and did excellent work. I was even working in Europe at the time of the job, and I was easily able to communicate with Tim from abroad to setup the work that was done. He completed the whole job while I was out of town, and I came back a very happy person. Tim is very professional, and I would definitely hire him again for future jobs, his price was very reasonable and right in line with other estimates I had received.

An excellent reliable tile person. He was reliable, came when he said he was going to, and is honest. It was also precise, great quality, proficient, and quick. He works by himself.
