They are very good at reminding me if I forget to call them. They call me and ask me when I want to schedule it. They are always on time, and polite. They bring me the paper telling me how the furnace is performing, and what the percentages is and all.

Its a good furnace, and its holding up very well. They kept oil getting on the rest of the house. They were very quick about it, and got everything cleaned up very well. For a very dirty job.

They are right on the money when it comes to coming out when it is time to fill up the tank.  They are respectful of the property and leave a complete explanation of the amount of oil delivered and the charge per gallon.  I have had occasion to call the office and was treated with respect and had my concern addressed promptly or explained fully, to my satisfaction.  Their oil prices are always competitive if not the best.  I have been using them for about 5 years and I will continue to use them.

We had no heat. Tim came on Thanksgiving day and got us running. Replaced a control part not covered on our service policy.

Never had a problem they didn't fix, and always get it right on the first try.  They take care of keeping our oil tank topped off and it requires nothing from me (other than money!).  I have nothing bad to say about them.

We've used several oil companies over the years and have found W.T Galbraith to be very responsive and professional.

I bought a house and was looking for a company to service the burner and deliver oil. Galbraith offered a free burner service for new customers and a oil price cap contract for the season. The free service turned out to be a nightmare...after the man left , my house was smelling of oil, but I figured it would go away as the day wore on. It got worse ae the day wore on, so I called their number to get emergency service. The serviceman showed up, and found that the day service man had put wrong parts on my burner which was causing oil to leak out into the blower compartment. Three hours later the problem was remedied. With respect to oil delivery I had requested that they call first because my oil portal was in my back yard (which is fenced because I have greyhounds). The first 2 deliveries went fine. The third delivery in February went fine, but when I got my bill they were charging $.30/ gallon higher than my oil cap price. I called, and Mr. Galbraith gave a song and dance about the supply chain, and he said that the fine print in the contract protected his right to raise the price. It was at this point that I decided to stop my association with Galbraith Oil. The owner is unethical and laughed t me on the phone when I pointed out that his contract was actually worthless (except to him, of course). On March 31st, the LAST day of the heating season (as per his contract) they delivered oil--WITHOUT CALLING ME FIRST. If they had called, as they were supposed to, I would have refused the delivery, as I still had half a tank and did not want to do business with this scheister anymore. I asked immediately that they pump the oil out--but they never responded to me until 45 days later when I got the collection phone calls. I wrote letters that were never responded to, and in the end Mr. Galbraith took me to small claims court. Unfortunately I lost and had to pay for the oil, that I did not want and had repeatedly asked to have pumped out. I would never trust this skeevy LITTLE man. I have since learned that he serviced a neighbors' burner, left off a part, and they had problems with their burner. Also, I found out several years ago he overfilled a neighbors tank and they had oil all through their basement and had to vacate the house for a year so the EPA could affect the appropriate clean up. My point is : STEER CLEAR OF GALBRAITH OIL, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE, BAD SERVICE, AND PRICE GOUGERS!

Signed annual contract in July, 2013. Did not make clear that they would bill actual price per gallon and adjust to contract price at the end of the contract year. Recently billed more than monthly contract price to "avoid a large adjustment in June". Rescinded the higher billing when I called them.

The owner returned my phone call after his vacation and gave us a reasonable price for next year heating season. Been dealing with W. T. Galbraith Oil for a number of years and they been very professional and prompt with providing service during a heater outage!

I had a plumber who does HVAC heating, and he was $300 cheaper. So, we gave our business to him. We have a contract with him. If we have a problem, they always come out as quick as possible. They're very good and very nice people.

The service has been very good.

They are very courteous when they are there. They always show up on time. They try to keep their feet clean when they come into the house. They always call before they come over.

When we purchased our house, Galbraith had been servicing the furnace for at least 10 years. I spoke with the salesman and was given a history of the furnace (installed in 1957). The inspection was done as scheduled and an explanation of the furnace condition given to us. Based on their service history and service plan, we started up an oil delivery plan with them.

The men that came out to do this work were very courteous and kept the place clean, especially when they finished in a particular area.

We have been very happy with Galbraith; have used them for 11 years for our oil and A/C needs. They have come out at night for emergencies more than once over the years to deal with no heat in the middle of the winter.
