Exceptionally well. Stapleton Roofing was there on the days they stated they would be and were very conscientious workers. Clearing all debris and removing same from premises. I was extremely satisfied with their work. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. I would hire them again and recommend highly.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Tom kept me informed completely along the way.

My initial work with Stapleton Roofing was positive--the owner, Tom Stapleton, helped me work through a number of problems related to an insurance claim for my roof. His crew replaced my roof in December 2011.

In April 2012, I had my first leak. Tom Stapleton came to look at the roof and promised a crew out to fix the problem within the week. That did not happen. In August, another leak, another promise, and no one came to fix the leak.

Starting in mid-August, Tom Stapleton stopped returning phone calls, text messages, and his email account was closed. He has not yet picked up a letter I sent to him by certified mail. There are now at least four leaks in the roof.

Today, I checked my contract to see that it included new counter flashing all around the house, but that his crew had actually only installed it on one side of the house.

My next step will likely be small claims court.

One of the few local roofers who does slate work. Tom was very responsive, prompt, pofessional, and reasonably priced. Slate is expensive- period. But he does very good work, was there when he promised, cleaned up nicely, returned phone calls, and was overall excellent.

They were young people. They were very nice and very reliable. They did what they said they were going to do. Their price was pretty good. They charged what they said they were going to charge. Their punctuality was very good.
