Prompt and thorough

Green Family Lawncare and General Contracting does more than just lawns- they really can do just about everything. They completed two jobs for us: insulating a drafty addition, and remodeling a small bathroom. The jobs required plumbing, installing fixtures, tiling, insulation, drywall and painting. If I had to sum up this business in one word, it would be professional. Mr. Larry Green is an excellent communicator; he promptly responded to our initial inquiry, prepared quotes for our review via email, and communicated with us in person, via calls, texts, and photo progress throughout both projects. During the insulation job, it was revealed that the original work was incomplete, requiring additional work (and cost) to rectif the problem. But because Mr. Green's project quotes were so detailed and comprehensive, I felt comfortable with the revised estimate and confident that the issue would be resolved. Every member of the Green Team was friendly and very polite. They worked hard to finish the bathroom in two days and did quality work. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends and will be contacting them for future projects. Thanks for doing such a great job!

They came and looked at the yard and gave us the estimate which we thought was reasonable. They mowed the grass, pulled weeds and trimmed the shrubbery. They also spread some mulch. They did a very nice job and we were well pleased with the results.

Arrived to make an estimate a day EARLIER than I had asked them to come, which shows eagerness to meet with me. We quickly negotiated a price, which was acceptable. The work was to mow our lawn once while I was on vacation. They would not accept payment after our return from vacation, so we agreed for me to write a check at that point. The Saturday we were gone would have been the best day for them to mow my lawn, but no appointments were available on that day. As best as I can tell, my lawn was, indeed, mowed while we were gone.
