The overall design was unique and perfect. However, the service was less so, e.g., 1. marker done on in-correct granite - their mistake - so it had to be re-done 2. re-do took longer than forecasted 3. re-do was to have an additional feature. Not done. Company forgot. 4. marker installed without my review first 5. balance was only reduced 5% because of company error. In summary, the design was beautiful and he was very patient. However, the attention to detail (granite and change) was disappointing.

My overall experience with H.C. Wood was exceptional. Mr. Wood was patient understanding and allowed me to take my time in deciding what I wanted. He listened to my ideas and addressed all of my concerns. I received a draft of how the tombstone would look based on the information I elected to have engraved. I received notice once the tombstone was installed. Death in itself is a painfull experience so having someone walk you through that final step in such a caring way was so appreciated. After shopping around I could not beat the price and exceptional service I received from this Cemetery Memorial Company.
