+ -1 moreI have used Youmans Construction in the previous home that I owned and did not hesitate to call him again in my new home. Ed is prompt, reliable, reasonable and most of all he really knows what he is doing in all phases of construction. This was a very small job but he took the time to fit me into his schedule and I really appreciated that. I have referred him to others and will definitely call him again in the future.
Description of Work: Found cause of leak in basement, caulked inside, layed pipe outside to direct water away from foundation.

+ 0 morePerfect...No longer any sway in the deck. They were really nice about coming out quickly.
Description of Work: My deck had an occasional sway in it when a group of people was on the deck. I told Youman's my problem and they suggested a solution using bracing underneath the deck.
