Wes Carver Electric

This company sucks! They charged us $59 to come out and gave us an astronomical quote three times as much as other companies to update one outlet. The guy even said to my husband "Ha ha yeah we're expensive" pretty sure their business is scamming people out of $60 all day. There are plenty of companies that will give you a free estimate for HONEST work. It's hard enough affording life nowadays without dishonest companies taking advantage and ripping families off!

He was able to determine that the problem was not the receptacle but a switch.

Service and experience through the whole process was excellent. They even accommodated a Saturday schedule due to our urgency to get it done.

Fabulous. The initial meeting with Roy was terrific. He showed me easy ways to solve two out of the three issues I had. He was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. The price for installation of my light fixture was very reasonable. His worker, Dalton was prompt, careful, thorough and cleaned up after his work. He calked around the new fixture and filled the holes from the old one I would absolutely hire Wes Carver Electric again. I felt entirely comfortable with them.

Great company professionalism and quality work. Very considerate of our time. But pretty pricey I thought. They did however review and tested all the sockets as part of the price. Still Expensive I thought.

FIne, no complaints. Total 3 visits = first, new outlet and quote for other work, scheduled later over two days.

Excellent. I can't say enough good things about Jason and Kyle. Overall I would say that they are experts at their jobs.

Kyle first assessed all of the work to be done, made a plan for how to complete it, reviewed the plan, got approval and completed the work in a timely manner. The projects required a second visit. Kyle brought additional help and all of them were equally professional, friendly and knowledgable.

Jason, the service technician, arrived at my house promptly at the scheduled time - 7AM. He thoroughly explained all the work that needed to be done and gave me a number of options. He couldn't have been more professional and gracious and his work was impeccable. I've used Wes Carver for years, and would definitely hire them again.

The work they did for us is fine. They came out with the materials on the truck to complete the job, I was impressed with that.

Contacted the office to schedule an appointment. Michelle was very polite, professional, and explained everything I needed to know about what to expect and their up-front pricing policy. Scheduled work for next day. Kyle called ahead to let me know when to expect him. He was very thorough in his diagnostic and changed out the circuit breaker in the garage panel. I took him up on the offer of a safety inspection (included with the $59 arrival fee. He gave me a list of recommended items and their pricing. No pressure to "act now". Extremely happy with my service.

It went well. Our service technician was Jason Beers and he was very nice, professional and timely as well..He also took time to patiently answer our questions and explained everything he was doing. He would ask for clarification as needed of our requested items to be done and also provided other options as the work was costly..Jason worked at our house for 2 days and during the time he was here, he worked very diligently--in fact I do not think he stopped for lunch or a rare break..Very hardworking!

Couldn't have gone better. We worked primarily with Jason. He was able to give us great feedback on the work that needed to be done and was great at explaining it to use when we were new homeowners trying to move in. A year later when we had some additional work Jason came back out and provided the same great service. It was helpful having someone who knew the house and the work that had been done previously.

Wonderful. John explained everything before and after the work was done. He was very prompt (he arrived 1 hr after my service call), I have found my new company for electric repairs and concerns!!!

Jason and Bill were very cordial and polite. Arrived (also called when on the way) on time. I had them do the new light work as the price was fair/high but I thought the cost to install the smoke detectors was quite high and did not have that work done.

I contacted the company via their online contact form and received a call back on the same day. The office staff person, Michelle (?) was very friendly and worked with me on getting the right info for my situation. She explained what to expect from the technician including informing me of the diagnostic fee. The technician, Bill, called to announce his target arrival time which, quite nicely, was at the beginning of the 3-hour window I was given. Bill arrived when expected and made sure that he kept my house clean (laid down a mat over my door mat, put on protective shoe coverings, laid down a cloth under the ladder). He completed the replacement and offered to perform a complimentary 10-point evaluation on certain electrical components throughout my home. I agreed, and when he finished, he thoroughly and knowledgeably reviewed his findings/comments. Before he left, he made sure that all my breakers were on and cleaned the access panel to the attic of all fingerprints (nice touch!). I gave a B rating for price because I know that the actual fan was only about $100, and I was charged $693 for the fan + installation. But I'm not an expert on pricing, so it may be in line with the current market. With that said, I would highly recommend Wes Carver Electric.

They sent me Kyle. I told them that a window was too wide for my work schedule so they told me they could send me Kyle at 7am if that was not too early. It was perfect. The night before my appointment, they called to confirm AND in addition, sent an email with Kyle's photo and bio along with a photo and bio of the office person who had helped me. Talk about safety and personal touch! I would ask for Kyle next time I require any electrical service in my home. He was professional, friendly, explained everything he was doing. Our cost included a safety check of bathrooms and kitchen, replacement of the two blown outlets and rewiring (updated to current standards as home is 28 years old) which are now covered under Wes Carver warranty! In addition, upon arrival, he wore booties in my house and placed a Wes Carver runner in my entry hall so he did not track debris in my home. Kyle really goes the extra mile and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs great service and professionalism!

Technician did a thorough troubleshooting of the issue and made the repair.
