+ -1 moreThey were happy to take an appointment for that afternoon and a credit card for deposit. They waited all day, until right before the appointment to call me and try to reschedule for three days later. Said that they never had a technician available for the call. I asked for manager or supervisor and was told there was no one on site. So they took an appointment for a call that they couldn't make. By the time I received call from them it was too late to get someone else to come out that day. While they advertise 24/7 emergency service it is just a scam.
Description of Work: Needed a washer fixed. They advertise 24/7 emergency service.
