WHETHER SPONTANEOUSLY OR WHEN PLANNING AHEAD, EVERYONE FROM THE OWNERS ON DOWN ARE ALWAYS VERY KIND, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR SPECIAL ITEMS, EVEN WHEN BUSY, AND THE STORE'S WORKERS (FROM TOP TO BOTTOM) ARE ALWAYS EXCEEDINGLY NICE, FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT.
