Lawn maintenance is punctual and perfect. During times of drought when lawns do not grow, they do not cut and credit your account. Anytime I had to call, they were pleasant, interested in what you wanted and knowledgeable about the services they offer

The owner comes out and talks to you and takes a look at the job. He also is there the day of the job to go over what needs to be done. He was very responsive and was able to come out right away to give an estimate. However, when I checked in on the worker, he was not putting down weed cover near the AC unit. I had to call the owner to address the issue, and he was able to come out the next day to fix the it. I did not want to have call to follow up on the work and they didn't seem to have come prepared. It seems as though I had to supervise the job.

The company delivered the cord of firewood ordered on the day they stated. The wood was delivered properly in the area I indicated. They have one of the most reasonable prices in the area for firewood delivery.

HAD DIFFICULTY WITH TEMPERATURE (2 DEGREES), THE GROUND WAS A VERY HARD CLAY. BOB WAS PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS ON-TIME AND VERY PATIENT.

I HAD SNOW REMOVED SEVERAL TIMES, EACH AT AN EXPENSE OF $150. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, WORK WAS NOT PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER. ON OTHER OCCASIONS, FULL PRICE WAS CHARGED EVEN THOUGH ONLY SALTING WAS REQUIRED. THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS ADHERES TO TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS PRACTICES, BUT UNFORTUNATELY SOME OF HIS WORKERS DO NOT.
