Had Brian out for a drywall estimate in the kitchen. Asked him to clarify his pricing (not reduce, mind you) as we were quoting multiple patches. Brian’s response: “I think it would be best if you used another contractor”. Like- what?! If you didn’t want the work just say so- why waste everyone’s time. I sent him pics in advance, too. Total flake. Don’t trust him and don’t waste your time. Also, he doesn’t know what a bullnose edge is on drywall…Should have known better from that.

Called twice to get an estimate. Each time we made an appointment to meet at my house. They never showed up. The add says no job to small, but I suspect mine was too small for them.
Description of Work: I was looking to have wall board repaired on my kitchen ceiling as well as in my garage.

OUR KITCHEN CEILING CAVED IN DUE TO A LEAK IN THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. BRIAN PELLECHIA WAS THERE QUICKLY AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED FAST. THE CEILING LOOKS PERFECT. BRIAN WAS FAST AND PROFESSIONAL. HE NEVER SAID HE WOULD COME ON A SPECIFIC DAY AND NOT SHOW UP.
