I am there every week getting gas. I'm going to go all the way down with A. I would use them again. I left my car there so I don't know how long it took them. Sometimes I can go in there and wait and it takes them a half hour. 



I feel that they are very honest with me, and my husband started going there years ago and I have just continued because I like their service.

Just a general comment. I've been going to John for around 20 years.  I've always felt they were honest and did good work.  But in the last few years both of his stations seem to be looking harder for things to do.  And when Dave told me my rotors were rusty  I knew something was up. Rotors are always rusty except where the brake pads touch them.  What a crock. So I have an eye out for another place to go.

N Penn Gulf took such good care of my Nissan Maxima that I was able to get almost 400,000 miles of use from the car.  One thing I really like about this shop is that they pay attention to their repeat customers.  Even though they keep a log, like all good shops do, they seem to remember when something sounds different than it did before, or other little details that show they're paying attention.

Service was wonderful, fair and honest.  I've been using John for over 20 years now and never one regret!

I have been a long time customer.  They do good work though lately they seem to look hard for things to fix. The most recent was "rusting brake rotors."  I'm pretty sure this is absurd.  They all rust except where the brake pads tough them.  I have been considering finding another mechanic,

The dipstick shaft needed replacing, not unheard of for a 9 year old car. and 2 lights were out.  They were responsive, I have used them in the past and don't trust anyone else with my car.

We have been looking for an honest, reliable auto mechanic for some time.  We were pleasantly surprised that for both of our emissions and inspections, there were no additional or unneccessary repairs required.  We dropped our cars off in the morning and they were done by 5pm that afternoon.  Very happy with the customer service provided, as well.

I have been using them for years.  They guarantee the work.  They have all the modern equipments.  It is really top quality stuff.  All the mechanics are certified.  It is a good place overall.  They are trustworthy and are very friendly.  They took my car, got it serviced, and dropped back the car.  It was for usual oil change.  Their price is fair.  They are not cheapest in town, but they are not the costly.

I have used North Penn Gulf since I moved here 10 years ago.  They are extremely fair, professional and prompt.  As a matter of fact, my husband is always skeptical of car service charges.   We took a car that was not running to put back on the road and my husband was pleasantly surprised at both cost and service.  I highly recommend John and team.

I had gone to NPG for several years when I lived in the Towamencin / Landale area. I was always struck by how busy they were. I move a few mile up the road and stopped going. After a couple of experiences with other shops, I wound up going back. They do a great job. The place buzzzes with activity but is clean and runs like a well oil machine. They are not cheap but they do great work. You always get a call from the mechanic and he discusses options. Most of all, I feel I can TRUST them and am never afraid of the unnecessary repairs or "inflation" of billable hours. They are fair and do excellent work.

Well, the only thing I needed to pass inspection was to have the rear wiper replaced which was not bad. I have been using North Penn probably for eight years now. I have two cars and I have them both serviced here. When I take the cars in, I get the phone call on what it requires to pass inspection and what is recommended. I do not have to do what he recommends; he just likes me to know my options. I do not feel like I am getting soaked with services. The service is great. They take the time to explain what it is you are getting and you really get to way your options. You are in control and that is what I want to have. The standard inspection is what ever it is. You also have admissions and it is typically bundled with an oil change as well. I usually end up paying around $100. I think the inspection and admissions fee is about $40 or $50 bucks.

FIRST TIME USING THIS STATION FOR INSPECTION. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN, THEY ARE VERY BUSY THOUGH. THEY PERFORMED A THOROUGH JOB, CHECKED OIL, HOSES. MY CAR REQUIRED NOTHING THIS TIME BUT THE INSPECTION.

THE OWNER'S NAME IS JOHN. I FEEL THAT HIS RATES ARE VERY REASONABLE. HE NEVER DOES ANY WORK THAT IS NOT NECESSARY. HE ALWAYS CALLS FIRST BEFORE DOING ANYTHING TO THE VEHICLE SO THAT WE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I'VE HAD A FEW OLDER CARS THAT MY TEENAGE CHILDREN DROVE. THEY WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS WORTH FIXING THEM TO KEEP THEM ON THE ROAD.

STAFF REPAIRED MY FLAT TIRE RIGHT AWAY AND GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD. I WAS AN HOUR AWAY FROM HOME AND APPRECIATED THE HELP OF A GENUINE SERVICE STATION.
