NORTH PENN ART

North Penn Art are extremely professional, and work hard to achieve exactly what you want to accomplish within your framed work.
We have used them several times, have always been very pleased with the outcome.  That is why we drive 45 minutes out of our way to use them.  We have never been disappointed.

The staff is knowledgable, patient and friendly. 

My brother surprised our mother with a framed picture of himself. However, when I opend the package the glass was broken. I asked our home health aide if she knew of a place that would replace the glass. She indicated a place on Broad Street in Lansdale. She could not remember the name of the place. I went to Angie's list to see if I could locate the place. I called the owner and he indicated that they could replace the glass because this happens all the time. Upon arriving I was greetly in a timely, friendly way. The picture was taken to an area so it could be determined if the picture itself was damaged. Thank God it didn't even receive a scratch. I was given the print out sheet of the cost and the day it would be ready. The picture was ready on the exact day indicated, in fact I received a call telling me the picture was ready. When I arrived the person waiting on me was very pleasant and I started telling her what happened to the picture. I ended the conversation by stating I would be back because I have another picture that needs the same work done.

My husband and I have brought several items to be framed at North Penn Art and couldn't be happier with the quality of the service, the price and the value. Their customer service is nothing less than outstanding. It's family owned and it shows. They truly treat their customers as if each person was their most valuable client. I couldn't be more impressed. In fact, my husband and I just moved to Turnersville, New Jersey and are still going to make the drive back to Lansdale just to get our pictures framed there.
