Roofing
First, they broke an upstairs window when they swung a ladder from the roof. They took four weeks to replace the window. Then they promised to reimburse our August powerbill. We sent them the bill in mid-August. As of mid-November, we still await our reimbursement check. We have contacted them on a number of occasions, each time getting the run-around; the last time we spoke to them they claimed the check had been mailed a week earlier. One week after that conversation, still no check. Our condo association picked up the cost of the roofing, so that is why there is no listing of what we spent.
