RICK HAS COME TO OUR HOUSE ON SEVERAL OTHER OCCASIONS TO ASSIST US WITH PEST PROBLEMS. EACH TIME HE OR OTHERS HAVE BEEN CONTACTED OR COME TO OUR HOUSE, WE HAVE BEEN TREATED IN A VERY POLITE MANNER.

BUD, THE OWNER, CAME OUT A FEW TIMES TO SEE THE PROBLEM AND TRACK THE ANTS. FOUND THE NEST AND TOOK CARE OF IT. ALSO, HAD THE INSIDE SPRAYED 4 TIMES A YEAR FOR THE SMALLER PESTS. WE UNEXPECTEDLY FOUND A NEST OF CARPENTER ANTS IN A WINDOW WELL OUTSIDE WHEN WE WERE HAVING WORK DONE ON THE HOUSE, AND THEY SENT SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY. HE CAME AND TOOK CARE OF THE NEST SO THE SIDING COULD BE FINISHED. AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND DEMEANOR WHEN DEALING WITH FRANTIC MOM WHO HAD CARPENTER ANTS IN HER NEWBORNS ROOM!!
