Was having a leak issue that was thankfully resolved quickly. Was able to tarp the roof quickly one torrential downpour and Mike was gracious enough to come out that weekend to patch the roof. Took up the old shingles, removed the rotted plywood, put a new piece in place, added a silicon seal around the cut edges for extra protection, put down a barrier of tar paper and then reshingled. He also did the hip and ridge portion of the roof which was unquestionably part of the leak issue. Removed about 15 feet of bad or questionable shingles and reshingled that area. No sooner had he finished that Saturday when the roof was tested yet again with heavy rains that Monday. Happy to say and see..... no leaks or any kind of water breach anymore!!! Mike is a reliable, knowledgeable and thoughtful individual when it comes to planning. It wasn't let's do the fastest and cheapest. It was let's do this the right way so there is no worrying for the future. Mission accomplished!!
