The work went very well - the issue was fixed in a matter of minutes

Called Landsdale Lock Shop for assistance. Instead of coming out, the locksmith described what I needed to do get the door unlocked myself which would save me $80 dollars. It worked! How cool is that! Door is unlocked. Can now access deck. Just need to buy a replacement door lock. Apparently it is not uncommon for the latch mechanism to break. Cannot recommend Landsdale Lock Shop enough. Thank you again.

Adam took my initial Angie's List researching call without needing a callback, was punctual for a kindly short-notice appointment, and not only quickly took care of our re-keying needs but also saved me time, expense, & trouble of calling electric garage door service Adam gave some guidance on my initial call but was able to troubleshoot himself though not locksmith scope, along with an interior door lock he got working again by removing dented strike plate from steel door leading to garage. I just wish I'd called him sooner, & prepared a longer list for the service call flat fee.

It was great. He was on time, pleasant and professional. He listened to my needs and made suggestions where appropriate. He did a quality job at a fair price and all to my specifications. He was even nice enough to loan me a tool for an unrelated project I was working on at the same time. 

This provider was called in the middle of March and asked to install one additional deadbolt lock to an inside apartment door.
The work was performed the following week (that date was requested on our end).
Provider was on time, installed the deadbolt and also made one extra set of keys..
Would recommend this provider.

Adam was fantastic.  I love supporting local businesses. He was knowledgable and saved me some money (I didn't need brand new locks, just to have the current ones rekeyed) Not only will I use him again, I will recommend him to any friends that need a locksmith.

Great service and done early.

Adam was terrific. I thought I would have to replace most of the locks, but he was able to fix them all quickly. They work perfectly...no more struggles with opening or locking doors! I couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Adam was extremely kind and professional. He tried to help me with my issue over the phone, and when I could not resolve he came out the same day within an hour of my phone call. He was able to identify the issue within a minute of looking at the door and gave me detailed information about who to call to get the part I needed since he did not have access to the part.  Left without charging me a penny. I was actually very nervous to call a locksmith because I have heard stories about how they rip people off. This was clearly not the case with Lansdale Lock Shop. I will be calling them for all of my future lock needs.

Super knowledgeable. Determined that lock didn't need to be rekeyed and that it was simply jammed with debris. Removed debris and confirmed existing key would work the door.

If only all service technicians could be as skillful, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and willing to help.  I can not possibly recommend Lansdale Lock Shop any more highly.  I called the day after the Labor Day weekend (a very busy time) for a locksmith to unlock a keyed closet door that had accidentally been locked, with no key available.  After calling several other locksmiths, Lansdale Lock Shop was the only one that could come out to assist me.  On top of that, they were also the most reasonably priced locksmith that I had priced out so far that day for the job.  Adam, the owner, came with 20 minutes of my call to the shop and had my door unlocked and replaced within 30 minutes. Additionally, he stayed and looked at another problem lock I had for a balcony.  Several other locksmiths had already looked at this lock and deemed it "unfixable".  Even though that was not within the scope of my original service call he stayed and spent time fixing that lock for me.  When he left, he refused to accept any additional fee for the second job and said it was all part of the service call.  Accordingly, all I can say is that Landsdale Lock Shop was a real class act with locksmiths that can fix almost anything.  I would definitely use them again!!!!

He came within half an hour of my call. He was a very nice guy. He left no mess and cleaned up after himself.

I mistakenly locked the key to a rental truck in the truck as I was returning it. With an annoyed employee and next customer waiting for the truck, Adam came out in 10 minutes and completed the job quickly and affordably. I would highly recommend his services.

Adam did a great job replacing my patio door lock and handle back in April. He did extra work to make the lock work because it wasn't an exact match for the door. He was very professional and reasonably priced.
