This contractor was very good in all respects; the gentleman in charge of our work was Mr. Jerrahian. The roof came with a ten year guarantee. The installer was a very nice man and even removed his shoes when entering our home to check a place where there had previously been a leak in the attic. I recommend this roofer and this new roofing material he has.
