It was excellent! He did it very quickly.

Crew was great. Never had a nicer group work at my house.

Previously another contractor had installed a 4x8 ft plywood panel on the exterior of my house and then caulked and painted it. Within two years the paint had bubbled at the bottom. Scraping the bubbled paint off showed that the wood was rotting and water sodden. Jay had previously done some shingle work for me and I was pleased with that so I asked him to replace the 
panel and fix the problem. He said the caulking had failed (or was not properly installed previously) and the edge of the plywood had sucked up rain water that lay on the ledge at the bottom of the panel. He replaced the plywood with a sheet of AZEK which is a PVC cladding material. Being PVC it would not suck up moisture or rot. Apparently it takes latex paint wonderfully. To install the panel he located the studs behind and nailed it. He also installed an aluminum drip ledge at the bottom so rain water will not sit below the panel.
I felt he did an excellent job. He is very conscientious. Clearly he has knowledge of materials and techniques to do a job properly.

.Our biggest job was a few years back after one of those monster winter storms. We lost over 70% of our gutters from ice build up and also caused slate damage and damaged kitchen exhaust fan. Gallagher worked directly with our insurance company and all was repaired very timely. The adjuster reported that they were a pleasure to deal with, very professional.

The job went very well. Mr. Gallagher and his helpers came on time and fixed the porch quickly. They removed all debris. I have not had any more problems at all.

He came 0n time and repaired all damage including framing the hole in the ceiling,he then repaired the dry wall completely.
He also painted the area repaired. There is no sign of the repair.

They were able to schedule me quickly. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They did a great job.

Roofing was done on time and budget. The roof looks good and has not been danaged by any weather since finished.Work was done quickly and with a minium disruption.All trash was removed.All work area was cleaned - up.

My entire roof was redone and added water barrier added to the porch section. They removed all trash from the job site.

He was very pleasant to work with, friendly and considerate. He was always on time and finished the work in timely manner. He also cleaned up everything nicely after the work was done and the price was very reasonable. I have been using him for over 20 years and his quality of service has been wonderful.
