Derek and his team were terrific. Our gutters look like new! The capping around the garage looks so much better now that it's been installed properly! And, with a recent heavy rain, the new downspout is working properly again. They really took their time and did everything right. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

Derek Hanlon, owner of Jade's Construction Co., is a conscientious and meticulous worker. The task at hand involved the cutting of stucco and replacing rotted wood and coping, and installation of 14 windows and 1 storm door. We were quite impressed with the quality of his work, his neatness in the performance of his work, and his utter respect in treating our home as if it was his own. He is punctual and stays with the job until it is completed. We highly recommend Jade's Construction Co. without any reservation; so much so, that we hired him to replace the remainder of the windows in our home which is scheduled for sometime in October of this year.
