He was on time, friendly, neat and happy to explain things. His price was 25% below estimates I received from 2 other electricians.

Jim was very prompt in scheduling and arrival. He was polite and personable. His work was exemplary. He completed each task quickly and efficiently and even offered to reduce the price when he did not have to access the attic as he originally thought. I am very pleased and would both recommend him and use him again.

Nice guy, does great work, even brought his son to help who could not have been nicer as well.

Good price, excellent work. I had purchased a replacement exhaust fan for the bathroom but he recommended and purchased a much better fan for us that had a very small difference in cost.It works great and is very quiet. He also put in boxes and installed 2 ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms.
I have also had previous work done, he is reasonable with price and does excellent work.

The light in my pantry and the outlet in my foyer stopped working. I called J Walter Electrical on a Friday afternoon to make an appointment. I expected him to say that he would come the following week, but instead he came that day. He assessed the problem by checking all the surrounding outlets and found the problem. He even replaced the pantry light fixture with a new one I had purchased.

Jim is very professional: he arrived promptly for the estimate and the day the work was to be done (which was a weekend), answered all of my questions with great detail and spent time finding the recessed lighting we specifically wanted installed.
