I use this salon a lot...the pedicures are great, especially the massage. I still have the polish on my feet...my fingers never last so long...too much wear and tear! They are always busy, which should be a sign that others like them too.

I love the pedicures at Iris. The pedicures are a little more expensive here compared to other nail salons, but they are very relaxing and professionaly done. If you purchase a $5.00 member card you receive points for each visit. Once you receive a certain amount of points, you can get a free manicure or pedicure. They always have coupons if you provide your email address. I've never had any problems. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating to me.

Staff is very personable. Pedicures were wonderful. Massage was top notch.
However, the last two visits I received a and quot;geland quot; manicure with shellac polish. I put gel in quotes, because the material used was powder and it was in unlabeled containers, not a true gel. Both times my fingers became incredibly itchy, and tiny blisters formed in and below the cuticle area. No infection, but if you squeezed my fingertip, clear liquid would ooze out. I'm not usually sensitive to skin/hair products, so I'm not sure what was used. I should have stopped after the first time, but admittedly, my nails looked beautiful, so I thought I'd give it another try. I am starting from scratch with new nails and a new salon, with whom I have already discussed the situation. Apparently it is not uncommon for salons to cut corners in this manner.

I have been going there for about two years. They are very good and give value for money.

The last time I was at Iris's Nail and Spa I asked the technician about the products she was using at which point she ceased to understand English, something which I found rather offensive....my observations over the course of the year were that all of those in the salon gave every impression of having good communication skills. One of the technicians at the salon indicated to my daughter that she was seeking employment elsewhere, some place where they don't "lie to the customers". A rather telling remark.
