Neil identified some problem areas that myself nor my family picked up on. Upon completion of the inspection, Neil called me and we reviewed some of the concerns over the phone so I could discuss some of the potential issues with my significant other. Neil put together a comprehensive inspection report, and had it to me within 12 hours of conducting the home inspection. I couldn't have asked for a more flexible and honest person for the job. Neil is fantastic. Similarly to my last experience with him, he was prompt and professional. He had his septic resource properly scheduled, whom came out and did the septic test on time and were great to work with. He again explained everything as he went along, and again got the main home inspection report back to us the same day! He did a larger battery of tests than last time for us, and all results came back in a few days and were explained to us. Again, he offered his services to answer questions unrelated to home inspection if the need arises. We also had some concerns over some attic insulation, which he had tested for asbestos free of charge. I would highly recommend Neil!

Neil was very professional and always kept in contact. He was also extremely quick with results for the home inspection, getting it back to me the same day! The additional tests we wanted took only a few days for the labs to return the data, and he sent them to us immediately. He also discussed the results with us, and offered his expertise in the future if anything comes up or we have any new homeowner questions. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and can explain anything you ask about. I would highly recommend!
