issues right away. Brand new leaks appeared after the work, the gutters were damaged, and gutter guards were removed without our consent (we were explicitly told they wouldn't be touched). Called several times, a man came out once said: "our guys wouldn't do that." After agreeing to fix the damaged gutter (which wasn't done), he stopped answering our calls. I have since noticed that some of the work we paid for was not even performed: no drip guards were installed, and bare wood is exposed around the edges of the roof in numerous places. Overall, I'd characterize their operation as potentially criminal. Must hire new contractor to inspect and fix problems as we cannot even contact Homesite. We're looking up permits and looking into a lawyer to find a responsible party to seek some kind of recourse. If the company is not out of business, DO NOT HIRE!

The siding of our house was supposed to take a week. It took 3 weeks. Two men started the job. They constantly were late if they showed up at all. After 2 1/2 weeks we called the owner. A new crew of 3 men came the next morning. They did a great job & finished in 2 days. The workmanship is very good & we love it, however it was stressful.

Excellent - estimate was about $10,800 - final bill was about $11,100 - the $300 extra was for wood replacement for the new roof. Mike and Jim were great. We intend to use them again when ready to replace the roof/gutters on our garage. Provided hard-copy and email warrantee and proof of their workers insurance. No Angie's list discount was available at the time of contract - but we still hired Mike. Other companies may be cheaper - but the workmanship HomeSite provided was really good.

The product looks to be working great so far, no complaints on that. There was some confusion that occurred in the ordering process and white guards were installed instead of tan which is the color of our gutters. They were very quick to respond and came out within a few days to remove and rectify the issue with no hassle.

I scheduled HomeSite to assess my sagging roof on 09-Oct-2014. Steve came out and did a full investigation by checking the condition of the roof, both outside and inside. After the initial assessment, he had another staff member come out and verify to ensure that his assessment was complete as well as ensure the quote would be accurate. The quote was competitively priced and no haggling was required.
HomeSite did the contracted work on 22-Oct-2014 with no problems, the quality of there work was excellent. The workman were respectful and completed the contracted work in a timely manner. The roof is no longer sagging and I will not have to worry about the rafters during a heavy snow.

HomeSite replaced our roof due to hail damage. They showed up when the insurance adjuster was here to make sure everything was looked at and were on time for all appointments. Homesite took care of contacting the insurance company for the remainder of the balance that was held back to insure the job was complete. I was called the day before the job was scheduled to be completed to tell me they had to reschedule due to the weather (heavy rain) and set up a new date for completion. I was not home when the roof was put on. I came home to find a very nice roofing job complete. They did an unbelievable job of cleaning up. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Homesite is a very reliable, efficient, and professional company. They came out to install a brand new roof for hail damage and showed up when they said they would. The roof looks great and they even fixed a gutter that was hanging down and the house looks so good. They got the job done all in one day, they came out in the early AM and didn't leave until late PM, they made sure they got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and left the outside of the house how they found it. I even referred them to my neighbors who had hail damage and they will be using them too. I had no issues with this company, everything from beginning to end went smoothly!

"[member name remove], I am sorry for your experience with our company. Our goal is 100% satisfaction in every project we do and it looks like we came up short on your home. In your case, I believe we got off on the wrong foot when my installer felt threatened by your comments to him. The foul language and what he thought, physical threats, was the reason we left the home initially. Also in your case, once management found out there were problems with your installation, an immediate service call was issued and performed. After you were still not satisfied with the result of our service call, we completely removed the gutter guard system and installed a new system at no charge to you. Since then, there has been absolutely no issues with your system to the best of our knowledge. As far as the child that was on your project, in some occasions the owner will bring his son out to work in an effort to instill values and a work ethic that seem to be lacking in today's society. We were unaware the 15 minutes he was on the project bothered you. In no way was he involved in the installation or any aspect of the project. It is simply a teaching experience that seemed to not please you. We apologize for that but will not change our beliefs in this area. We stand behind what we do and apologize your experience with our company was not 100% satisfying to you. If there is anything we can do, please do not hesitate to call for prompt service. They were very thorough and did a very nice job with the planning process and installation of my gutters, etc. at my house. However, the clean-up after completion of the job was not as thorough as it could have been. A small amount of debris was not cleaned-up after the job was completed (nails, gutter clips, etc.). I contacted the owner (Steven Ewing) of the company afterward regarding the debris and to inform him about the debris that his workers left behind and told him we cleaned up the debris that they missed. In return, the owner sent me a small refund check for my trouble.

My experience with them was positive. They did a good job in workmanship. The one note I would have for other homeowners is that I insisted on changing the contract that my exposure would be limited to what my insurance would pay and not one more dollar because I was replacing the roof due to hail damage. I brought this up to them because there are usually always surprise costs at the end of most jobs. When I brought this up the salesman actually tried to leave twice during the negotiations. In the end they did agree and they did exactly the job that they promised. I even suggested this company to my neighbor and I made sure I was there for them to get the same deal, and they did. I had to be firm with them but they changed the contract. The work itself appeared to be first class.

So far, everything has been good. There was a little trouble around the trim but it was not a big problem. Insurance covered the cost of the roof. They worked right along. One time, it was after dark and they were still working. The work was satisfactory. Everyone was very obliging and good.

2) Juan and his crew of 4/5 arrived around 8am-introduced themselves and went right to work removing old roof, replacing new plywood as needed and putting on new roof and when finished removed all debris and cleaned our yard up very nicely! Great job from beginning to end!!
