Deck and Porch Service
$3,170
They were rushing in the end. Things were not completely right like the railing was not straight. On one of the railings he did not install the decorative bar. One was also leaning. One of the slats was not nailed. It was just hanging there. I really never use the deck. It was just there so I had to maintain it. A friend came over the other day, stepped on one of the slats and it just sank in. It was not secured. instead of redoing all the steps he just nailed the vinyl slats to the old steps it makes it shallow and uncomfortable when you use them. There are multiple loose pieces on the deck.
