This certainly is not the way way to give your company any positive exposure. I will be writing a letter to the association to have his company placed on a sort of probation or just banned altogether from the community. He certainly has no respect for others, we don't need that here.

I had a chimney that needed pointing so badly that I thought it would collapes. Mr Shaw was one of three contractors I contacted for an estamate. He came when he told me would and completed the job as promised. The only glitch in the transaction was he couldn't seem to send a estimate through e mail. This was resolved, after several tries, when he hand delivered the estimate.
