I HAD PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY NEED OF HAVING A AUTOMATIC GARAGE OPENER REPLACED. AT THE TIME OF SERVICE I REQUESTED AN OUTSIDE KEYPAD AND DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS. USE OF THE KEY PAD WAS DEMONSTRATED AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS WERE PROVIDED. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUIETNESS OF THE NEW AUTOMATIC GARAGE OPENER.
