 + -1 moreYoung lady stuck to a higher price than previously quoted by other staff member. Paid about $100 more than job was worth. She also changed bid on an earlier job (May 20) up to $390 for an alternator, saying the original bid by a man there was for the part, not the entire job.. Two men there are great, and worked with them for years. If she leaves I will gladly return to do business with them.
Description of Work: Replaced two front shock struts, not entire assembly. Was originally quote $900 for four by gentleman on phone, including entire assemblies with springs, etc.

Description of Work: We purchased 4-new tires which Bergey's mounted and balanced and in addition we had the 4-wheel alignment done. They also did the PA State Inspection, oil change, and replaced the air filter. All went well.

 + 0 moreI have used them quite a bit in the past but I have noticed they have been getting slower and more expensive. They had my truck captive for close to a week all the while telling me they were going to get to it today, today, today? I think they may have lost a key mechanic or 2, will try different shops in the future.
Description of Work: Needed brakes, rotors, calipers, and misc. repairs for inspection.
