I adopted a dog. Keith came out and in the first lesson he showed me some tips to help make my dog more submissive. The first lesson was over 2 hours and full of great info. After the first lesson I saw immediate results. Now whenever I have a question/problem I email/call Keith and always gets back to me immediately and helps me with tips to deal with any situation.

The trainer was at our house for over 2 hours for the initial consultant. He was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to teach us how to effectively lead our dogs and and quot;makeand quot; them do what we wanted them to. It has been worth every dime. We have seen amazing results after only two visits from the trainer. The fee includes lifetime support.

In short, it didn't go. I left a detailed message on the local trainer's voice mail and never received a call back. I ended up going to the local PetSmart for training which worked out very well.
