THE GUY ON THE PHONE SOLD ME THE CHEAPEST DOOR OPENER THEY HAD AND I NEEDED TO HELP THE GUY HOLD IT UP TO INSTALL IT BUT IT WAS WORTH IT AND THE THING WORKED FOR MY NEEDS

WHEN WE NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE PAINT OF OUR RAYNOR DOORS WAS STARTING TO FADE WE IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED OUR ORIGINAL INSTALLER OF THE DOORS, ALLEN DOOR. THEY CHECKED THEIR RECORDS FOR INSTALLATION DATES AND ASSURED US THAT THEY COULD BE REPLACED VERY REASONABLY WITH THE FACTORY PRORATED WARRANTY. THEY PLACED THE ORDER PROMPTLY AND CALLED US AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO INSTALL WITHIN THE MONTH. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT, QUICK JOB. THEY SUGGESTED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO THE DOORS (LEAVING OFF THE EXTERIOR LOCKS)FOR COSMETIC IMPROVEMENT AND WE ARE ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THIS IDEA AND HOW IT LOOKS.

THEY WERE ON TIME, GAVE A COST ESTIMATE THAT WAS ACCURATE. THE REPAIR PEOPLE WERE TIMELY AND DID A THOROUGH JOB.

VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY WELL DONE JOB. I WAS PLEASED FROM START TO FINISH. I'VE REFERRED OTHERS TO THEM, WHO ARE ALSO SATISFIED!
