Airotox Radon Remediation

Great experience. As a homeowner, I did my homework and had a general idea of how much mitigation *should* cost. Then, I got three quotes. Airotox was professional, explained every detail of the process, and came back with a competitive quote. The initial appointment was a 3 hour window, Mark was prompt, professional, and friendly. We talked about different options for exit, he explained what was going to be done and how mitigation worked overall. The quote was sent Monday morning following Friday's appointment. Scheduling the installation was easy. Office staff called to make the appointment, and sent a confirmation email. Day of installation, Matt arrived promptly, again going over what was going to be done, and then got to work. He laid down canvas to keep my house clean. He did the work timely, and once complete, went over everything he did, and what to look for in the future for maintenance. Upon completion, he cleared his work area and left my house the way he found it. Follow up included a re-test scheduled by the office (about a week later). Drop off and pick up were easily coordinated, and Rich was professional and helpful. Results were provided same day and levels were drastically reduced. I highly recommend airotox to anyone needing radon mitigation.

Quote for installation took place in the evening, which was sincerely appreciated as my husband and I both work full time. We were scheduled for the installation of the radon mitigation system within a few weeks. On installation day, the job was completed before 4 PM and my basement was clean. I am happy with the experience and I will definitely recommend Airotox to others!

We had a great experience with Airotox. We had a radon system in place that needed to be moved and upgraded due to an addition. The whole process was easy from start to finish. The company was very prompt in calling back and came out to give us a quote. My husband had a few questions about the new design and his call was returned promptly and all of his concerns were answered. The installer was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. The employees in the office were great with scheduling and follow up. We have dealt with a lot of home services recently and the whole process with Airotox was consistently great from start to finish (which does not seem to be the norm anymore with a lot of companies). We were very pleased with their services and highly recommend them.

The work was done in a timely, neat, professional manner. The follow tests proved the system is working like a charm! Would certainly use again or recommend to others.

I needed a new blower for the system in a hurry; the original installer was out of business. I called a few places asking, "How fast can you do it?" and Airotox said, "Day after tomorrow." The blower installed was $375. A further radon test showed high radon at 4.8. A called Airotox for more remediation. $225 for the diagnostic (drill holes in the basement floor and measure air flow) and then two more tubes run across the ceiling and into the floor for $150. Next radon test showed 1.1. The technician was courteous, explained everything well, and let me know that he would be late.
