Dr. Patel is wonderful and so is his staff. His bedside manner with both animals and humans is excellent and I will never take my dog anywhere else. My puppy stopped shaking after about 2 minutes in his office (this never happens). He just layed on the chair and waited calmly to see Dr. Patel (the vibe in his office was awesome and my puppy sensed it - it was like Cesar Millan was there :-). So my dog gave Dr. Patel an "A" before me! Dr. Patel had to do an x-ray and wrap the foot because 2 toes were broken. He patiently explained the aftercare to me so I knew exactly what to do. In addition, he showed me the x-ray and explained the healing process very thoroughly. His prices are more than fair - the best in the area from my experience. But the best part is that his treatment was top-notch. I would recommend him to everyone. After seeing 2 different Veterinarian's in the area I can say hands down that he provided better care and didn't use the opportunity to overcharge as some Vet's do. He will be our family Vet forever!

Dr. Patel is patient and works to explain what treatment will work. Pricing is reasonable and the staff is great.

Everything was absolutely excellent. We have actually dealt with this doctor before at a different clinic. We have used Dr Patel for years. He has always been very reasonable price wise. He is very personable. He will take as much time that you need to understand what is going on and makes you feel at ease. When we went today he showed us around the whole practice, the surgery area, etc. We got to see the animals that he was taking care off and everything, like he has nothing to hide at all. He is very willing to show you his state of the art equipment. We wouldn't trust our pets with anyone else but him. He has been working hard for years to get his own practice going, and he finally was able to. It seems like he has a following from the previous practices he was at. His office staff are very helpful, if they don't know an answer, then they check with Dr Patel. If it is a some what lengthy, in depth answer, then Dr Patel will get on the phone with you.
Our dog has an enlarged heart and a couple other health issues. Dr Patel said that if we had any problems during the night to call the office, it doesn't matter what time. He said that he will open up the office even at 3am to help us out. No matter what the issue is, no matter what it is, he said he will come out.
