HIGH quality of the job - gray at explaining what was to be done - Ed was really nice and professional... except when i tried to get him on the phone - i understand he is busy - but there were a few outstanding items besides the initial install and he seemed to not really want to have anything more to do with me for a month or more!  however, if you get a hold of him and have his attention and he and his team are in your house, you will get great service and see quality work being done and be 100% satisfied with the result of their hard work at a fair price.

They were prompt, professional, and the price was good.

Our heater stopped working and emitted a burning smell. It was so significant that that fire department was summoned. They did thermal imaging and determined it was the heater's motor. I called Ed Sutter who I had used previously to replace an Air Conditioning unit and he responded right away and determined the heater's motor and fan had to be replace. He returned the next day with the parts and performed the repair. In fact, we did not even stay while he did the repair. Everything was neat, clean and warm when we returned.

The Sutter House team is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable about cutting-edge HVAC issues (as well as more garden-variety sorts of things). They are very hardworking, prompt, and efficient. When you call, Ed Sutter gets back to you immediately. He is able to come out to check out problems very quickly (or send a member of his team, and his whole team is excellent). They are all knowledgable and professional. And their prices are very reasonable. Overall, an excellent, highly skilled, very professional group. We would highly recommend them! We have worked with them for several years now and have always been extremely impressed.

He arrived quickly, explained everything he was doing and showed me the part that needed replacement (ignition transformer). I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and that he was honest.
