The service was great! Rob was awesome! He showed up at the time he said he would be here. He was able to figure out the problem with my unit in a timely matter! Rob let me know everything he was doing to my unit while fixing it! If anything were to ever happen to my unit again rob would be the first person i called! His prices are fair and he does great work! If anyone that i know needed work done on their unit i would refer them to Rob! I cant thank rob enough for fixing my unit!

Woke up to a cold house! This has been an ongoing issue. I'm pretty handy and found a fuse in the air handler blown. Same issue popped up last season and we called a tech out that said it was a frayed wire in the outside unit. This time we called RS. That same day Robert the owner came out. Super nice guys, very polite and he knows his stuff. Immediately went to the outside unit and jump started it to confirm that wasn't the problem. Then started testing the thermostat. Come to find out the d*** thermostat is bad. Swapped it out and we're back in business! Thanks Robert for the help!
