The proprieter met with us to look over the car and give us an estimate. We made an appointment for 2 weeks later (Saturdays are tough to get). Brought the car in first thing in the morning and the job was finished after lunch--very good quality and a comitment that if we saw any bubbles or irregularities as the film dried, just bring the car back in and he would take care of it. We haven't had any issues in the two weeks since, and are very happy with the film.
