The estimate was made in a timely manner. Everything was explained and I was left with the written estimate at the time of the visit. Except for some delays that were weather related, all work was completed as promised.All in all a very good job.

We did an Angies List "Hot Buy" and they showed up on time for the appointment. It all went well.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this service. At another time they also did an energy survey of my home. The technician who came out did a nice job of checking out everything and giving suggestions and possibilities. He also provided estimates if I was interested in following through.

The person who came to estimate WAY over-estimated the SF of our roof - our entire house is less than 2500 SF (a two story), yet we do have a garage - not an oversized garage, just a standard 2 car garage. They estimated our roof to be over 4000 SF, and the price they quoted was comiserate with this grossly over-stated roof size. 1 - our roof is actually closer to 2700 SF (as measured by SEVERAL other roofers in our area) 2 - their fees do not include permits, disposal fees, sky light, and it seems that there were several other "extras" that we were told about. 3 - their price, even WITH the "discount" was well over 50% higher than well-established roofing companies who have done work in our neighborhood. A deal isn't always a deal...glad I didn't jump on this one!!

After experiencing severe roof damage from Hurricane Sandy , we were fortunate to enough receive a reasonable settlement from our insurance company to replace the entire roof along with some new gutters and some siding. We set out with help from Angie,s List to get four estimates. All were in an acceptable range but we settled on Remoleling Concepts Within a week after accepting and signing the contract and putting down a 20% deposit, a crew showed up one day to strip off and haul away all old roofing materials. The next day another crew arrived and completed installation of the new roof, new gutters, and some siding and completly cleaned up so you would never know they had been there. We mailed final payment a few days later although there had been no pressure or request to do so. We were totally satisfied with the work and the experience.

After Tropical Storm Sandy, a few "ambulance" roofers scoured our neighborhood looking for customers. A few left estimates for a new roof. I decided to cut to the chase and joined Angie's List to use a recommended service that could be trusted instead of signing with a fly-by-night contractor. We found Remodeling Concepts listed, called them and haven't regretted it one bit. They were competitive, efficient, and, very pleasant to work with... They left the area spotless. We've received positive comments about how great the new roof looks and how impressive their crew was when they were working on it. Remodeling Concepts, Inc. is very highly recommended by us! We would definitely use them again for their services.

Great - in and out in about 2 hours. Only (very minor) problem was some gutter nails left around the yard. Thank God I picked them up before the lawnmower caught them.

This exercise was for a potential kitchen remodel. The representative came to the house, took all the measurements, and discussed my own plans for a new kitchen. Unfortunately for both of us, Storm Sandy intervened and delayed the process. They called to inform me that the plan was ready for our discussion in their office. We met at the time we agreed upon. During the meeting they showed me the potential work from three angles, although I was given only two of them to take home. In addition, they provided a blueprint rendering of the specifications for cabinets and lighting. They also showed me samples of potential flooring and cabinetry. They gave me an estimate for the work to be done, if they were to do it, but there was no pressure to hire them for the job.

The service provided was the 3D Design which I purchased through Angie's List for $75.00. The design itself was nicely done and I'm happy to have it. The cost to have the Remodeling Concepts perform the work shown was too high for us. The bigger problem is that it took a phone call and 2 e-mails to get the design sent to me. In their defense, Remodeling Concepts always responded to my call and emails and cited Hurricane Sandy as a reason for the delay. However, they always said the drawings would be done shortly and they weren't. Finally, after requesting a refund of the 75. I recieved the drawings on 12/28.

This company was more than accommodating. I purchased an insulation & inspection service on sale & I was required to schedule by a deadline. Company rep left several messages for me concerning desire to honor their agreement. (I had several health complications & I had not replied to any of the company's requests for scheduling. At the point I made contact, company rep continued to apologize for their lack of follow up. This was my first encounter with a contractor that was so concerned with honoring a contract for service - that they apologized for my lack of responsiveness.) Once the service was scheduled, the contractor arrived on time, was thorough, efficient, informative & professional. This is a quality company, with above excellent service & staff.

As stated above, it was an over all great experience (except for writing out the check). I don't have a single negative thing to say about the whole process. I would use Remolding Concepts again and recommend them in a minute!

So far, so good! Anticipating using this company in the spring.

I purchased this deal due to leaks occurring into my lower-level fireplace during heavy rain storms. The contractor found no issues w/ the roof, chimney, or flashing, however after examination of the foundation of the chimney, suggested that the water may be seeping through the ground, and that I might want to grade the soil around the area. As a result, this appears to have cured the problem! It was the best $99 I could have ever spent!!!!

As stated above he was completely professional. We did ask for an estimate on other work and he got back to us promptly. We are still waiting to decide if we wish the job done. I felt that he did not need to refund the cost. There are costs involved in his inspection, so I thought he was most kind and honorable. I hope to have dealings with his company in the future.

The work was performed promptly and correctly. I was pleased with the contractor's work.

The service was scheduled and prompt. Dave Martin, the owner/planner was pleasant. His office assistant Hollie was also pleasant and communication was responsive. The quality of the plans was below par, both in the plan for the kitchen remodel itself and the quality of the software printout. After meeting with Dave to discuss his plan and get my feedback, I never heard from him regarding a new plan with needed revisions. I will seek another kitchen designer to do an acceptable layout.

They were very responsive in providing a bid and their price was less than the two other bids that we received. Throughout the process, they were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Overall, their work appears to be of good quality and we are very happy with the results. We will definitely use them again if and when the need arises.

COMMUNICATION: Met with Dave to go over what we needed. We already had a front, storm door and sidelights in mind. Dave took measurements. I also mentioned some issue we had with the area above the door. He mentioned that that is something he can also look at and fix. Hollie called to set up the appointments. Throughout the entire process, Hollie and Dave were in constant communication (via email) regarding any questions I had regarding prices, billing, etc. Hollie was a tremendous help in communicating what we wanted and needed. WORK: The work was completed in about 3-4 days. Dave had 2 teams working :one for the front door and another for the read patios door. The rear patio door came out perfect. Dave's team had replaced the narrow trim with a wider trim and it makes the door stand out. The front door was done well. The measurements were a bit off, leaving a gap between the door frame and sidelight frames. But they were able to remedy that. Also, there was some miscalculation with the storm door installation and the sidelights where the nails that were used were too long and were poking out from the side. I mentioned this to Dave and he was able to have someone fix that as well. The only complaint I had was with the door bell re-installation. We purchased a new doorbell and ringer. Initially it had worked but then when the door bell button was pressed, it either stuck and kept ringing or the current would keep going producing a buzz from the ringer. After another look at it, it worked again initially but then it finally burnt out because of the constant buzz.I hadn't mention it since I thought that I can probably fix it myself but I haven't had a chance to get to it or call an electrician. OVERALL: Dave's company did a great job for the price. I've referred them to my in-laws to replace their front door as well. I will definitely use them in the future.

Due to the nature of the work performed I am not able to jugje the quality of the work performed, that's why I have them a "B" - good. However, my overall experience with Dave, his office assistants, and his crue was good. I saw the deal on Angie's list, called Dave to ensure that my roof would be appropriate for the deal, purchased the deal, sent a copy of my proof of purchase to Dave. I had to wait about two weeks till my association issed a permit, and Remodelling Concepts took care of the Township Permit. I had to wait for about two weeks to schedule the work. I was told they would start at 7.00 am, Dave was on site at 6:45 am, and the crue arrived on time. They were done by 4:00 pm. Dave explained what had been done. I got a Warranty document via e-mail two days later. After the hurricane, a specialist came over to inspect my roof (per my request), no damages were reported.

They had a very fair price and were quick to respond and gave lots of options.

We were very happy with the repairs and suggestions made as part of this deal. The workers were very punctual and professional. The ONLY reason I indicated that I would not use this company again is that I asked for an estimate for a couple of things such as to insulate and winterize our gas fireplace better and the company never got back to me. I have a pet peeve about this and choose to spend my money elsewhere when there isn't any follow up.

Quick and easy - no problems.

The quotation process was very professional and I was told I would have the estimate in 2-3 days and it was there in 2-3 days. I spoke with 5 remodeling companies and Remodeling Concepts was the only one that got the estimate to me in the promised time frame. This really made me want to work with them. Their price was a little above some of the other companies but we were able to work together so I paid a little more and they charged a little less. I wanted a company that seemed very professional and I was willing to pay a little more for that. The work was done well and I am very happy with the job overall. Any small issues I had were quickly taken care of. The only confusion that delayed the job was that the estimate had doors that did not match the existing windows. The ones I needed cost a little more and we had to order them at the last minute but they found a way to continue working. If you are trying to match existing items, make sure you stress that. this was a problem with a couple of the estimates not just Remodeling Concept. I liked that they were flexible and did not want to delay getting everything completed. Overall I was very happy with the people, their work, and in particular their responsiveness to any issues that came up. If they had any questions, they asked me what I thought and offered their recommendations. I plan on using them in the future and I have recommended them to friends in the area.

They reviewed the roof and they found some minor things that needed to be done. I was pretty well pleased.
