Excellent! Could not be happier with the work. They fixed the leak, fully repaired the area and found a 100% match for our existing siding. You can’t even tell it was repaired. Great price, communication, and professionalism!

They originally installed the roof on November 18, 2014 and did a very nice job. This year, we noticed that there was a small hole and they came out, without question, and repaired it and didn't even charge us for it. We are very happy with them.

Worst experience ever. They have an "interior designer'' at their shop who really didn't help us at all, we somehow ended up with chrome appliances but brass accents on the drawers. We were introduced to the guy who would be completing the project from start to finish. First day of project no one showed up. Next day, someone completely different showed up. He was supposed to have a binder with a in depth description of everything we ordered along with the tile layout etc. He was nice.. Except he installed the shower with the wrong tile, he scratched our foyer floor while carrying out the old tub, he initially installed the shower water handle upside down so hot and cold were opposite. Then there was a leak of water coming from the outlet he installed next to the shower. He had to cut into the new drywall to repair the leak. He installed all the electrical and plumbing opposite from our original plan. We had to switch the side of out cabinet tower or else he said " it would have pushed our end date back 2 more days of work". Paint job was absolutely terrible, you could see marks and missed spots. He clearly rushed the job . He didn't properly caulk around the mirror/cabinet or tub. The grout on the tile floor isn't even. He made a huge gauge on the custom made cabinet which is quite noticeable. Their initial salesman came out to the house to ask why we wouldn't recommend them for any other projects, he brought a candle and body wash. He sent out another guy to fix the other guys problems, this new guy said he would be out later that week to fix the last issue which was the tile floor grout since he didn't have the color grout we used.... the guy never returned and no one ever called. After all this ,we were so completely done with the company that we just let it go because we so desperately wanted it to be over with. For all the thousands of dollars we spent and time we took off work,.. it was a NIGHTMARE. I would never use this company again.

Addition turned out good, was started on time and job was finished up quickly.

At first I thought everything was going great. Everybody seemed real friendly . Then I caught roofer on back of house putting shingles on top of plywood without any underpayment. Then found spots at other areas without underpayment, flashing. And when they put the ridge vent on they only cut on side not both sides. Had to call them back numerous times because they said they fixed but didn't. They use sub contractors so watch out.

Great. We were very pleased with the final product, a beautiful and functional bathroom.

The person I spoke to was very helpful. I plan on hiring them later on in the year.

It went great! We always felt like valued and VIP clients. The team was attentive and efficient.

They were careful to assess the issue fully, sent a carpenter who replaced the sill plate and rim joist. He discovered the floor joist was also rotten. He returned the following week with another carpenter to install a 14' replacement. When the floor joist installation was able to be done in a shorter amount of time, they refunded the amount of money for the labor that was shorter than estimated. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with.

Remodeling Concepts was great. The dumpster arrived at 4 pm the day prior. The crew showed up bright and early and by noon the old shingles were stripped and rotten decking was replaced. By 3 pm the new roof was installed. They cleaned up and even left
one of the crew for an additional hour to pick up the old roofing tacks that were aluminum and couldn't be picked up with the magnet sweeping. The foreman was on the job the whole time and available to run out for additional plywood and caulk when required. They rehung the gutters and leveled them, even putting the after through them with a Jose to be sure they were flowing properly. When they overflowed later in one spot, they came back and added 2 additional hangers for support to fix the problem.

It went great! Everyone was very friendly and on time and completed the job.

Dave and his crew (Nick in particular) were outstanding. They completed the job timely and the quality of the work was excellent. Dave kept in constant communication with me throughout the project and even responded to emails that I would send late in the evening. I started out hiring them just for my roof, but once I saw how professional his company handled everything, I began to use him for other jobs despite his fees being slightly higher than some of the "handyman" quotes I received. It was clear that paying a little extra for a company that is reliable and professional  was worth every dime.  He is my go to person going forward for any type of home repair or modeling I may need!!  Thanks Dave to you and your team for a great experience.

We contacted several roofers for estimates to replace our church's roof (over 5,000.00 sqft).  Remodeling Concepts offered the lowest bid for the job along with the best warrantee backed by owens corning.  They were able to complete the job in two days and did a good job cleaning up the area once the job was completed

I wouldn't trust this provider to do any work at any cost.  I have a small leak in my roof.  Mark was nice when he came out. He cleared off the roof, took pictures, and had a great look at the roof when it was raining so he got a real-life look at the problem.  He said he would call back in a few days with an estimate.  I heard nothing for ten days. It took me tracking him down at his office before he would speak to me about an estimate.  When he gave me the estimate, he couldn't provide any number, saying it was time and materials.  Even after I pressed him since he was the expert and knew how much it would cost, he gave me a range from $600 to $800.  I called back to sign up about 5-7 days later.  Then, the estimate had changed to $400 to $650.  After we verbally agreed on the phone, Mark called me back a few days later saying that he had checked with his partners and they wouldn't be able to warranty the job since it was a bigger job than they had thought.  This was the first time I was hearing about this new twist.  Mark said he would check and get back to me again.  Four days later, Mark called back and said that not only would they not provide the warranty, but the new estimate for work was $3400 since they would now essentially need to put an entirely new roofing structure.  The story continuously changed each time, and despite the superb look that Mark got on the roof, he and his team could never get it right.  If you use this provider, make sure you check, double check, and triple check every estimate they give you since it seems that they could never get it right the first time.  Also, hopefully you don't have a 500% increase in cost like I might have experienced had I gone with them.
