ceramic tile
 + -1 moreHe came to my home to install tile and did a terrible job. A third party in the tile business came to my home and told me it was the worst job he had ever seen. He suggested that I have Ron come back out to fix it. After a couple of phone calls, he came back to my home and we got into a verbal argument, and he told me to go fix it myself. I then contacted Prosource who made the recommendation initially to have them remedy the situation, and they told me it wasn't their problem even though they made the recommendation. I would like the job to be fixed but obviously not by the same person they originally recommended.
Description of Work: I went to their store to look at tile, and they recommended to me a "product specialist" who could install tile for me. Their recommendation was Ron DePinto. He does not work for Prosource, however, his wife is an employee there, and he is their recomended "product specialist".
