After a very prompt and friendly meeting and estimate process Morgan Hurst began the actual rehab project slowly, spending more time than needed on minor details and poorly repaired such items as doors and windows which were left broken. He didn't return phone calls and upon multiple trips to the property to check on the progress 75% of the time found no one there working. After 2 months he stopped returning phone calls altogether although work was slowly being done. When we sent him a final payment and notice of termination he got angry, claimed we had not paid him for items which we had the paid invoices for, changed the locks on our house so we could not get in and threatened to hold us liable for the last half of the payments for work he did not even come close to completing. We never heard from him again but understood that he was focusing on larger commercial projects and felt small residential projects to be ''beneath him''. I do not recommend Morgan Hurst for any project.
